Substrate Prep
Floors are leveled and walls prepared or waterproofed — tile is only as flat as what's underneath it.
Layout & Setting
The pattern is dry-laid and centered on the room, then set with consistent joints and clean cuts.
Grout & Seal
Grout is packed and cleaned, natural stone is sealed, and trim pieces and transitions finish the edges.
